Welcome to Punto di Vista! This unique 3 bd / 2.5 ba home provides all the comfort and amenities guests desire when visiting San Diego, CA. The home has multiple levels and panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Sea World, Mission Bay, and the hillside homes of La Jolla and Bay Park areas. This home is set up with indoor/outdoor living and is perfect for families looking to relax while in San Diego and still super close to all the attractions the city offers. Just to name a few: Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego Gaslamp District. Home is also in close proximity to tons of bars and restaurants of which many are located in Liberty Station. There you'll find establishments such as Breakfast Republic, Con Pane, Stone Brewery, Coldstone Ice Cream, and so much more. Property is also only a 2 min. drive to Einsteins Bagels and two Starbucks locations. Stump's Family Marketplace is the closest grocery store located at 3770 Voltaire St. The house will sleep up to 7 guests total (6 adults max.) and has off-street parking for 1 car in the driveway. There is ample free parking along the street in front of the home.

Merely say:

Punto di Vista is wired for wireless, and in more ways than one! That is, in key locations throughout the home, we’ve embedded the most advanced access points so that you can connect wirelessly to the internet from any location in any room (absolutely no dead spots - Woo Hoo!). Thanks also to AT&T's fiber-optic network, Punto di Vista boasts the fastest available internet speeds (data transfer speeds up to 1 Gigabit per second, which is about 100 times the speed of a typical broadband connection).
Whole House Media:
Streaming Audio & Video
Six amplified zones allow music to be localized or to be distributed throughout the entire home (decks/patios, inclusive). Internet Radio/Music, too, is provided by XM/Sirius and Slacker/LiveWire. Further, you can cast/mirror your device to any of our 4 TVs (in the kitchen and in each of our 3 bedrooms). Oh yea, the music in the Master Bedroom and in the Great Room is especially sweat, with Yamo speakers and 12" subwoofers.
Movies, anyone? More than 1400 movie titles are at your fingertips, literally. They can be viewed by scrolling through their electronic jackets on each of the bedroom TVs. The Master Bedroom, though, has 5.1 Surround Sound with subwoofer and shaker speakers embedded into the bed. Oh yea!
Pool:
Our pool is 10' wide by 40' long. Except for the center of the pool, which is 5' deep, the rest of the pool is 4' deep. The pool is heated by solar from about mid-April through the end of October, and features a water-slide. Best of all, our pool is virtually chemical-free. We use the same type of copper-ionizer that was once (and maybe still is) used by NASA to purify water on the Space Station.
IF GUEST WANT POOL HEATED DURING OFF SEASON (OCTOBER THROUGH MARCH) THEN THERE IS A $785. FEE TO COVER COST TO HEAT THE POOL!!!
NOTE: no additional guest or visitors are allowed at the home (which includes use of balconies, patio's and yard and swimming pool) unless given permission by SDCR Inc. in writing.

New Rev Great views,great hospitality, and an overall vacation destination must!

How do you define such a wonderful overall experience in so little words? I honestly can't say enough about this property and the owners. From the peaceful and serene sounds of the fountain area where we gathered in the morning and watched the beautiful humming birds bathe and flutter past us to the feeders, to the laughs that could be heard from our overjoyed children from the pool in the backyard where they enjoyed themselves immensely on a daily basis. This property really had it all! If ever in need of anything the owners would gladly oblige. Not only are they ever so accommodating but they are the perfect mixture of genuine, funny, and caring whereas they were willing to go out of their way to make our stay exceptional. The views from the inside are just as beautiful as the outside with the oversized windows and the numerous eye catching paintings/art scattered throughout, your eyes will wander and your imagination will be untamed. The technology was abundant and a list was provided with a plethora of things to do in the area and all recommended options were of great taste. All I can say is that our entire family felt so at home that we weren't mentally prepared to leave and it wasn't just because San Diego is so beautiful, it was because our experience at this home was so superb!

Cancellation Policy
Once San Diego Coast Rentals has received your signed confirmation and deposit if you “the renter” decide to cancel, reservations canceled outside of 30 days will receive a full refund, minus merchant account fees incurred by SDCR Inc. Reservations canceled inside of 30 days would not be eligible for refund unless dates are re-rented. Reservations can be moved to a later date with no change fees within one year. Seasonal pricing would still apply. Therefore, if a reservation is moved to a higher-rate season, the difference would need to be paid by the renter. Reservations made between March 26, 2020, and May 26, 2020, for stays scheduled until June 26, 2020, are eligible.

Deposit Policy
The deposit amount is always due within 2 days after reserving the unit. Rent and tax are always due ( via CHECK ONLY) 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If unit is rented inside 30 days of the scheduled arrival date then rent, tax, and deposit are all due no later than 2 days after reserving the unit of your choice. There is a $50. processing fee plus tax per reservation. Only certain credit card types are accepted. No personal checks will be accepted if you “the renter” are scheduled to arrive within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. In this case, a cashier’s check from your bank would be required. Deposit will be refunded via check within 7 – 21 days after departure once the unit has been inspected & assuming it was left in good order.
