Great Vacation with Family!!!

First time I booked with San Diego Coast. I spoke with Eric. Eric was very helpful with our needs. Our rental home was right on the beach just off the boardwalk. It was everything we needed. The Mission Bay was right across the street. It was fun watching the boats, large and small go through the channel from our balconies. We loved fishing right off the rock wall across the street. Caught approx. a dozen bass. We did release them for your next visit. This home sleeps 10 very easily. Very nice experience!!! Thank you Eric!!!

This unit has a wonderful view of the waterway connecting the bay and ocean and the jetty. The accommodations were perfect for our family group of three generations. The kitchen was more than fully equipped and we were surprised to find a new large gas grill on the patio. All four bedrooms are furnished with very comfortable bedding and televisions. We enjoyed the fact that parking is street level but in a secured area under the building. We found the condo to be very clean upon check-in and loved the fact we had a washer and dryer for beach towels, etc. Ralph's Supermarket is very close and has everything you need for your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return sometime in the near future! Eric Lonigro of San Diego Coast Rentals, Inc. was great to work with and we will definitely call Eric when we plan another trip to beautiful San Diego.

Ocean View Paradise had everything we needed for a Family vacation of 4 adults and 2 small kids. The location is wonderful, its a spacious one level condo on the 3rd floor (with elevator service). The ocean views are beautiful and its steps away from the beach. The beach toys, sand chairs, and beach towels were nice to have included. The furnishing and carpet were not pristine/ perfect or high end which is a PLUS when traveling with little kids. Everyone had their own room and it was very close to Sea World and not far from Balboa Park and the Zoo. Eric with the rental company was extremely accommodating to us and responsive. The keyless entry was super convenient when traveling with 6 people, too. Everything went smoothly. Low season/weekdays were a great time to visit the San Diego attractions! We had temperatures in the high 70's and it was February! Would return to this place again.

We had 3 families stay at this great condo and it is well maintained with nice beds and linens. The views are outstanding from one of the 2 back balconies as you are right on the beach. We are hoping to make this an annual trip and we will definitely make sure we rent this same unit again. It comes with 2 parking spots in the garage as parking is really tight by the beach, so that is an added bonus.

Loved the professionalism of management...assuring me months in advance about securing the dates for the property. I was hosting a celebration for my extended family for my daughters graduation. When we arrived the property was CLEAN and very well appointed. We made dinner and found the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. Loved the views...breathtaking!!!! I loved that it felt comfortable and I really liked the decor...beach chic!! Even the shower pressure was great!

Lots of room for our family of six. We had privacy and quiet while still able to see the beach activity from the wide vista views. As pet owners missing our pets at home, we particularly enjoyed watching the frolicking in the off-leash dog park across the channel. As Canadians on our first Southern vacation during the winter, we particularly enjoyed being able to sit outside in the early morning wearing our shorts and enjoying watching the surfers. Beach front is awesome! It was very handy to have the washer and dryer at our disposal. Of course, with a large family, being able to make our own meals was a great advantage, and it was easy and quick to get to the grocery store. All the attractions we wanted to see were just a few minutes away from this location - longest distance we drove was just over half an hour!

We had a grand time staying in this Condo. There is an elevator, so no stairs to climb when transporting suitcases, food etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. The bedrooms are spacious & comfortable. The bathrooms are clean with lots of towels supplied. There is a washer / dryer for laundry. The views from the balconies are stunning. We saw Dolphins & Seals every afternoon in the Mission Bay Channel Entrance. The Mission Beach sand is just a few steps from the building & a minute or two walk west to the water's edge. Mission Bay is a minute or two walk to the east. We were fortunate to be in this condo for the 4th of July. We saw Fireworks displays in several directions with the closest being launched from the Ocean Beach Pier which was incredible. The only thing we didn't like – leaving!

Cancellation Policy
Once San Diego Coast Rentals has received your signed confirmation and deposit if you “the renter” decide to cancel, reservations canceled outside of 30 days will receive a full refund, minus merchant account fees incurred by SDCR Inc. Reservations canceled inside of 30 days would not be eligible for refund unless dates are re-rented. Reservations can be moved to a later date with no change fees within one year. Seasonal pricing would still apply. Therefore, if a reservation is moved to a higher-rate season, the difference would need to be paid by the renter. Reservations made between March 26, 2020, and May 26, 2020, for stays scheduled until June 26, 2020, are eligible.

Deposit Policy
The deposit amount is always due within 2 days after reserving the unit. Rent and tax are always due ( via CHECK ONLY) 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If unit is rented inside 30 days of the scheduled arrival date then rent, tax, and deposit are all due no later than 2 days after reserving the unit of your choice. There is a $50. processing fee plus tax per reservation. Only certain credit card types are accepted. No personal checks will be accepted if you “the renter” are scheduled to arrive within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. In this case, a cashier’s check from your bank would be required. Deposit will be refunded via check within 7 – 21 days after departure once the unit has been inspected & assuming it was left in good order.
