This condo is in a fantastic location! Get a water view without paying a waterfront price! From your living room, gaze out over the channel to the evening lights of Ocean Beach. Watch the fishing boats leaving early in the morning, and returning at night with a flock of pelicans flying overhead. Just a few minutes walk eastward to the bay, you will find a quiet sandy beach, with sail boats bobbing in the inlet and a large playground for little ones.

Just a few minutes walk west brings you to the magnificent Pacific Ocean. There are often great waves right here at the jetty for surfing. Boogie boarding and swimming are just a little further up the beach. Boardwalks run up both the bay and ocean sides for walking or jogging, biking, skateboarding or roller blading.

This is a clean and bright one bedroom condo overlooking the channel at the southern end of Mission Beach. Features include TV's in famliy and bedroom, free long distance telephone, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen with pass-through to living room, table and chairs for 4, open living room with windows to the south and west which provide lots of sun and light, tile floors throughout, newly painted, renovated kitchen and bath, queen bed in the bedroom, and two comfy couches in the living room, one of which folds out into a queen bed.

There are beach bikes, boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs, and a spa and gas barbeque for your use. All create a warm, wonderful place to base your San Diego vacation. Ours is a quiet complex, so no worries about loud beach parties here!
