This spacious single family home located just 2 blocks from historic La Jolla Shores Park is the ideal relaxing family accommodation! This home provides 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 guest comfortably (7 adults maximum). The home has two living levels with plenty of outdoor space boasting lush tropical landscaping as well as beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and the city of La Jolla, Ca from the private rooftop viewing deck. The home has a private two car garage (fitting one vehicle) as well as 2 outdoor open air spaces in the private driveway.
In addition to the spacious private home and perfect location, to assist your enjoyment we offer some additional amenities for your family beach outings. For your enjoyment, our home provides a large beach cart (1), 6 folding beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 boogie boards, 1 paddle board with paddle, and a bag of sand toys for the children!!!!

Fantastic Vacation Experience

Overall, a FANTASTIC vacation experience! Eric manages several vacation properties and about a week prior to our planned vacation we experienced a potential issue with our plans. Eric remained in constant contact with us and went to extraordinary lengths to make sure that our family was taken of. Not only did Eric ensure that our trip remained on track, his efforts lead to an experience far better than our family had originally expected. The Property: The La Jolla Shores property is ideal for family vacations. The house easily slept all eight of our family members (six adults, two kids), with a large shared master bathroom, a medium sized downstairs bathroom, and a small powder room. There are two separate living rooms (first and second floor) which allowed the adults to socialize even after putting the kids to (URL HIDDEN) least we could have if we weren't spending the evenings on the rooftop deck enjoying the sunsets and ocean breezes. This property includes everything that a family needs for fun filled days on the beach, including boogie boards, a paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon to help make the short 2 block trip to the water. The Area: La Jolla is an upscale, family friendly community. As Eric told us before we made our reservations, many of the beach communities closer to downtown San Diego have a different atmosphere with more nightlife and closer proximity to attractions like Sea World, but without the beaches of La Jolla. La Jolla is only about a 20 drive from the activities of downtown (airport, zoo, Sea World) but presents a much more relaxing experience. The powder sand beaches, bordered by public parks with picnic tables and grills, are meticulously groomed. The shore offers something for everyone with Seal Rock to the south, a surf line great for wading, boogie boarding, and surfing, and tide pools for observing sea life up close to the north. Just off the beach and about a 10 minutes walk from the house is the main street of the community with shops, tours and rentals, and restaurants galore. The bottom line is that if you are looking for a family friendly vacation destination where you can relax into the beach lifestyle, this location can't be beat!

Cancellation Policy
Once San Diego Coast Rentals has received your signed confirmation and deposit if you “the renter” decide to cancel, reservations canceled outside of 30 days will receive a full refund, minus merchant account fees incurred by SDCR Inc. Reservations canceled inside of 30 days would not be eligible for refund unless dates are re-rented. Reservations can be moved to a later date with no change fees within one year. Seasonal pricing would still apply. Therefore, if a reservation is moved to a higher-rate season, the difference would need to be paid by the renter. Reservations made between March 26, 2020, and May 26, 2020, for stays scheduled until June 26, 2020, are eligible.

Deposit Policy
The deposit amount is always due within 2 days after reserving the unit. Rent and tax are always due ( via CHECK ONLY) 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If unit is rented inside 30 days of the scheduled arrival date then rent, tax, and deposit are all due no later than 2 days after reserving the unit of your choice. There is a $50. processing fee plus tax per reservation. Only certain credit card types are accepted. No personal checks will be accepted if you “the renter” are scheduled to arrive within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. In this case, a cashier’s check from your bank would be required. Deposit will be refunded via check within 7 – 21 days after departure once the unit has been inspected & assuming it was left in good order.
