car in a shared garage that will fit a small SUV or vehicle smaller.

*NOTE: there is a Casita located at the rear of the property that is a separate short term vacation rental. The only shared areas are the 2 car garage ( 1 spot per unit ) as well as the Hammock area between the homes and the walkway on the east side of the
property.
